Interesting because it was a new experience only.

Very challenging course which play longer than the 6,000 yards due to thick kikuyu grass on fairways and hitting driver on several holes is ill advised. Some of the holes are a little funky. This is not a place to grip it and rip it! You better think your way around this course if you want to score. Terrific old Victorian style clubhouse with a great staff where you can have a burger and a beer when you settle your bets.

Beautiful greens. Three out of first four holes are tough for average golfer. Off the fairway is often off the course. More difficult than the 6000 yard length would suggest.

Very enjoyable family run golf course. Beautiful country setting. It's got a little of everything, water, sand, long holes, short holes, hills, blind tee shots. Very friendly staff makes you feel like they are glad you came to visit them. Pleasant patio overlooking 18th green to sit on and enjoy beverage.

Weather is usually good. The front 9 is just strange, the back 9 is much better. Staff are friendly, country atmosphere.

Nice course, greens are in ok condition. Course drains poorly after rain and will eat-up golf balls! For the price, it is a fun course when compared to the far more expensive couses in the Monterey Bay area.

I live close by and play at least once a week. The staff is excellent extremely friendly as are the folks who play out there. Very good atmosphere. The course is interesting and challenging, especially the front nine. The greens are small and you will get a variety of short game shots. To score well you have to know where to hit it and where not to hit it. The practice area is excellent and you can hit off of the grass on the driving range. It is a bit dangerous though as balls sliced off of the ninth tee often end up on the range tee area.
